Widerrufsbelehrung
Sie können die Willenserklärung zum Vertragsschluss binnen 14 Tagen ohne Angabe von Gründen in Textform (z.B. per Post oder E-Mail) widerrufen.
Für den Widerruf können Sie das Muster-Widerrufsformular verwenden, das jedoch nicht zwingend vorgeschrieben ist.

Die Widerrufsfrist beginnt mit Empfang der bestellten Produkte. Zur Wahrung der Widerrufsfrist genügt die rechtzeitige Absendung der Widerrufsmitteilung.
Folgen des Widerrufs
Im Fall eines wirksamen Widerrufs erstatten wir Ihnen die Kosten für die Ware vollumfänglich.
Wir berechnen Ihnen keine Kosten für die Rückerstattung. Für die Rückzahlung wird der Zahlungsweg genutzt, den Sie gewählt haben, es sei denn, es wurde eine abweichende Zahlungsvereinbarung geschlossen.
Die Rückerstattung erfolgt, sobald wir das Produkt von Ihnen zurückerhalten. Sie sind dazu verpflichtet die Ware unverzüglich, spätestens 14 Tagen ab dem Tag, an welchem Sie uns Ihre Widerrufsmitteilung übermittelt haben, zurückzusenden.
Sie tragen für jede Rücksendung die Rücksendekosten. Wir können Ihre Kosten bei Verlust der Rücksendung nicht zurückerstatten, außer Sie können beweisen, dass Sie die zu retournierende Ware abgesandt haben. Sie müssen für einen etwaigen Wertverlust der Waren nur aufkommen, wenn dieser Wertverlust auf einen zur Prüfung der Beschaffenheit, Eigenschaften und Funktionsweise der Waren nicht notwendigen Umgang durch Sie zurückzuführen ist.
Ausschluss des Widerrufsrechts
Das Widerrufsrecht besteht nicht bei folgenden Verträgen, es sei denn, wir haben mit Ihnen etwas anderes vereinbart: Verträge zur Lieferung von Waren, die schnell verderben können oder deren Verfallsdatum schnell überschritten würde.
Verträge zur Lieferung von Waren, die nicht vorgefertigt sind und für deren Herstellung eine individuelle Auswahl oder Bestimmung durch den Verbraucher maßgeblich ist oder die eindeutig auf die persönlichen Bedürfnisse des Verbrauchers zugeschnitten sind, sofern diese Dienstleistung und die Ware(n) zum Zeitpunkt des Widerrufs bereits erbracht und versandt worden sind.
Verträge zur Lieferung versiegelter Waren, die aus Gründen des Gesundheitsschutzes oder der Hygiene nicht zur Rückgabe geeignet sind, wenn ihre Versiegelung nach der Lieferung entfernt wurde.
Ihr Widerrufsrecht erlischt vorzeitig, wenn der Vertrag von beiden Seiten auf Ihren ausdrücklichen Wunsch vollständig erfüllt ist, bevor Sie Ihr Widerrufsrecht ausgeübt haben.

Cancellation policy
You can cancel the declaration of intent to conclude the contract within 14 days without giving reasons in text form (e.g. by post or email). You can use the sample cancellation form for the cancellation, but this is not mandatory.

The cancellation period begins upon receipt of the ordered products. Timely dispatch of the cancellation notice is sufficient to comply with the cancellation period.
Consequences of withdrawal
In the event of an effective withdrawal, we will refund you the full cost of the goods.
We will not charge you any costs for the refund. For the refund, we will use the payment method you have chosen, unless a different payment agreement has been concluded.
The refund will be made as soon as we receive the product back from you. You are obliged to return the goods immediately, at the latest 14 days from the day on which you sent us your cancellation notice.
You shall bear the return costs for each return shipment. We cannot refund your costs in the event of loss of the returned goods, unless you can prove that you have sent the goods to be returned. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling by you that is not necessary for checking the condition, properties and functionality of the goods.
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts, unless we have agreed otherwise with you: Contracts for the delivery of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiry date would be quickly exceeded.
Contracts for the supply of goods which are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer, provided that this service and the goods have already been provided and dispatched at the time of withdrawal.
Contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.
Your right of cancellation expires prematurely if the contract has been completely fulfilled by both parties at your express request before you have exercised your right of cancellation.
